Everyone was friendly and the treatment, though long, was painless.

Dr. Haidet explained everything he was going to do and let me know where we were throughout the process. The root canal was totally painless ( including the novocain shots). His assistant, Rocky was very efficient, friendly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Have had absolutely no issues and my mouth feels great
All the personnel were friendly and professional. Dr. Susi was intending to perform a root canal, but found another issue that would cause more trouble down the road. So he recommended an extraction at another office. I appreciated his catching that, because it would have needed to be performed sometime after anyway, if he had proceeded with the root canal.
One year ago, I was referred to Dr Susi for a root canal. I have a number of sensitivities and Dr Susi was more than willing to work w/me in adapting protocol to these needs. One year later, back for a root canal on the other side of mouth. Stellar job. I have full confidence in Dr Susi’s work and would highly recommend him!!
