Explained everything and friendly
I was very nervous for my appointment but the dr and staff made sure I was comfortable and talked me through each step. For me, there was no pain involved. I hope my treatments are finished here but if I have to return, I’d know I’m in good hands.
I needed to have a bad abscess taken care of. They got me in fast and took care of it. Both Louis Susi DDS and the staff were great. He explained things so i knew what was going to happen. Susi also followed up the next day with a phone call to see how i was. I highly recommend him.
The associate was very kind: I came one hour earlier to my appointment and she was very helpful to make appointment suitable to her busy office. Thank you for your help. I was happy with service provided. The nurse was very professional. The doctor was amazing. This is my 5 star place. If I have to go back, I will not hesitate
