Dr. Sousi completely numbed me and everything was completely pain-free. While I won’t say that having a root canal is a “great” experience, Dr. Sousi and his assistant certainly made sure it was pain-free.

Trying to get an emergency procedure on New Year's Eve was almost impossible. Ira was on top of her game in trying to get me in to see Dr Susi. They had the utmost professionalism and friendliness, while other establishments didn't bother to help me. Ira and Dr Susi went out of their way to make sure the patient came first. Cannot thank them enough. Wishing them and their staff a very profitable New Year!

Dr Susi was exceptionally nice and did a great job at making me feel at ease doing my root canal. It was my best experience with a root canal I've ever had. The whole staff is very friendly and show real concern for my pain. I would definiitely recommend Dr Susi and Columbus Endodontic Specialist.

My only complaint is that no one alerted me to the fact that you have moved your office. The referral brochure that I was given still shows the Broad St. address. You need to tell people that when they call for an appointment. I went to the old location and was nearly late. I am a professional (an attorney) and I don't like to keep other professionals waiting.
