Dr Susi was exceptionally nice and did a great job at making me feel at ease doing my root canal. It was my best experience with a root canal I've ever had. The whole staff is very friendly and show real concern for my pain. I would definiitely recommend Dr Susi and Columbus Endodontic Specialist.

Very professional , very kind
My only complaint is that no one alerted me to the fact that you have moved your office. The referral brochure that I was given still shows the Broad St. address. You need to tell people that when they call for an appointment. I went to the old location and was nearly late. I am a professional (an attorney) and I don't like to keep other professionals waiting.
Everyone was very friendly and yet professional. Hardly any wait. Dr. Haidet explained each part of the procedure as it was performed. I keep coming back when I need his dental sevices, which is a testament of its own.
Dr. Susi is very personable and friendly. I think I presented him with a bit of a challenge. A 20 year old root canal that he had to re treat. Not fun for either of us, but he did great work and was very sensitive to my comfort. Dr. Haidett has done procedures in the past for both myself and my Husband. Highly recommend this practice if you need an endodontist.
I'm a very busy physician and had an urgent problem. Dr. Stentz returned my call within minutes on Thanksgiving Day and helped coordinate me seeing Dr. Susi the next day. Dr. Susi stayed late to work me in for an urgent root canal that afternoon. The forms were very clear and simple to complete before I arrived. The doctor was AMAZING. He put me at ease about the procedure right away! The staff is very friendly and efficient. I went from waiting room to dentist chair in about 5 minutes (no time to think too long on what was about to happen) Which it turned out didn’t matter as the process was PAINLESS! Thank everyone so much I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental care! (especially if you have a 0 pain threshold like me)😊😉
