I would like to get a receipt for each visit showing the cost and the potential insurance reimbursement etc. I did not receive anything other than the cost of the procedure that is to take place in June.
Couldn't do rating..... Wouldn't work correctly, Longest time I ever had to wait after a cleaning to talk to the Doc.I understand he was really busy!!
When I walked in Theresa & the blond short haired lady were discussing nail polish. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, but neither of them acknowledged me. I finally just sat down :( When Paula walked up from the back, she did greet me immediately :)
I would not refer to you for two reasons; 1. I wait too long for an appointment for necessary work. 2. My son was told by the office that they took his insurance but it was not explained to him that you were not a provider. As a result, he had a large amount due for his cleaning and they did not have the money to spend on something that would have been 100% free had he gone to the correct dentist.I felt bad because I had recommended you to him.

I hate that Dr. Crosby is only covered by the most expensive dental plans and I can't really afford them right now.

I do not completely understand why you charge the same for cleaning 6 teeth versus cleaning a full set of teeth. I have been coming here for 15 years, and it has never been the same in the past.
I was contacted to move my 10am appointment to 9:30am and then sat in the chair for almost 45 minutes waiting for the doctor to check me so I could leave. Very disappointed that my overall appointment was 2 hours long.
