A light went bad in the pool and needed replaced. Chris called the manufacturer and got them to cover the cost of a replacement light. The lights are over $300.00. The lights are not covered under a warranty. Thank You

All your customers want is to have a finished product to be proud of. One that matches the price tag (it's a huge investment for families). All you need to do is stop making excuses and fix the problems. Easy! Instead, you choose to threaten and bully with lawsuits. If you want good reviews, then do a good job. Come on Easy Living...why won't you post my reviews. I mean, don't you like honest feedback? Or is it that you cannot handle the truth? Well, I'm not going away...on a crusade to ensure honest folks aren't taken advantage of...sort of the Robin Hood of construction. It sure seems like it would have been easier to just make the situation right, but what do I know?
We had our pool installed this past year and opened this spring. I made calls and emailed Quintin about arranging some type of education on maintaining the pool. I’ve gotten no response. Now we’re having problems and we are going to have to get another pool company to handle the problem. Follow up has been nothing short of negligent.
