From the moment that I started searching for a roofer, Feazel was the only company to answer my request for an inspection. They came out the next day, did the inspection, and provided me with a reasonable quote. They temporarily fixed a leak that damaged a bathroom ceiling because they couldn't schedule us for a new roof for 3 weeks. They came out in 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the job that the Feazel crew did - very professional. We love it. I would recommend Feazel highly.
Hi. We used Feazel Roofing over two years ago. They did an awesome job at the time but more importantly, we have had a couple of unrelated questions/issues concerning our roof since then. They have been great about coming out to check things and they always do a follow up call afterwards to make sure our questions/concerns were taken care of or answered. Jason, Austin and the rest of the crew were amazing! I had called four diffrent roofing companies and Jason was the first one that took his time looking at things and talking about options. Two places didnt even get on the roof and just ratteled off a number and left. I paid a little more than other quotes I was given becuase how how comfortable he made us feel about the project. This was a well oiled machine that showed up and never stopped until the job was done. Austin was great in making me feel like the company's goal was to do it right. And they did.
