Work was done well . Communication with home office for invoice not so good

Overall the job looks good. We were a bit concerned initially that the service vehicle had no Feazel identification on it, but the crew did a good job overall and were from 8 am to 8 pm with only one follow-up fix. One small issue, they covered our bushes in for t front windows with a tarp and now the tops of the bushes are brown.. Hopefully, that will correct itself on its own. Overall, we are very satisfied with the job.
Was an easy experience. They were prompt (early actually) and finished on time. The roof looks great.

Hi. We used Feazel Roofing over two years ago. They did an awesome job at the time but more importantly, we have had a couple of unrelated questions/issues concerning our roof since then. They have been great about coming out to check things and they always do a follow up call afterwards to make sure our questions/concerns were taken care of or answered.
