Easy, smooth experience from the start. Jean’ was great in sales and assessment and the installation manager. Mason was great in keeping me posted throughout the day on how things were going. I’m very pleased and the roof looks wonderful. Thank you for an easy process.

My roof looks great. I do think it's hard as a customer to know who it is I'm dealing with -- the names and different people were confusing to keep track of, in my opinion. I would suggest having a single point of contact to coordinate the project. Again, roof looks great. It was put on quickly and with very little inconvenience the day of installation. Thank you.

I just want to say the Feazel crew are awesome the entire team to everyone I had contact with, I was having issues with my homeowners ins wanting things done in a small time frame or they would cancel my policy the Feazel team came and got it all completed before the deadline. Very happy with the job done my roof and chimney looks great!

Overall, we are very pleased with our new roof from Feazel. The salesman (Storm) was very helpful and explained the entire process including which GAF components would be included for warranty purposes. The crew installed our roof in one day and did a great job protecting our home from any damage during the installation. Cleanup was very thorough as well. Overall the job looks good. We were a bit concerned initially that the service vehicle had no Feazel identification on it, but the crew did a good job overall and were from 8 am to 8 pm with only one follow-up fix. One small issue, they covered our bushes in for t front windows with a tarp and now the tops of the bushes are brown.. Hopefully, that will correct itself on its own. Overall, we are very satisfied with the job.
