Quality from beginning to end. Our new roof looks awesome. The team actually installing it was perfect. Our yard looked almost like it never was touched. Seamless. As much as we hope not to install another roof, would use Feazel again.

Andy was extremely professional and was outstanding with working with our insurance company to get the estimate completed and the insurance claim processed. The customer service from everyone, including Andy and Shane, was excellent. Landscaping and property was left in excellent condition after the project was completed. One major problem was the delay in getting the shingles. I was told for over a month that the shingles were either "on the truck for delivery" or "in stock ready to go". At the time of the initial quote was given, I was told I will be put on top priority since my roof was leaking, and I would be taken care of in a week. Turned out to be over 2 months. We had some wind damage to our roof and needed a repair so my neighbor recommended Feazel. One phone call and Tim Jarrett came and took a look at it. There was a big opening and he put a temporary patch which held until we got everything ok'd through insurance. Tim even met the adjuster to discuss the damage he found.
