We just got the new roof and Feazel representatives were very supportive and patient. They helped with the insurance claim process and brought in experts and hard working crew... While working on the roof they determined that boards needs to be replaced and they wete able to arrange materials in time and finish the job within a day.
Everything looks great. After finishing, all nails and trash are moved, and cleaned all areas. We only found a piece of window screen is broken.
Great experience with roof except for some damaged soffits
The workers arrived on time and were very efficient. They worked worked quickly and did a good job cleaning up.
Tim Jarrett our sales representative did an excellent job putting the proposal together, walking us through the contract decisions and answering all our questions. His follow up was prompt. Very friendly and professional. The installation team was well coordinated, showed up on time and worked hard all day to finish the job. The gentleman who did the metal work took his time and did a very nice job. Clean up was efficient and everyone chipped in to remove the debris. P
