One major problem was the delay in getting the shingles. I was told for over a month that the shingles were either "on the truck for delivery" or "in stock ready to go". At the time of the initial quote was given, I was told I will be put on top priority since my roof was leaking, and I would be taken care of in a week. Turned out to be over 2 months.
