With the rain, it took a while to finally get it started, but when you did start, it took you most of the day to get it done (which is expected)! When you were done, you cleaned up very nicely! Main roof was upgraded; however, garage roof remains undone. Production now indicates that a waiver is required. The people next door are renters. They keep to themselves- we have never spoken with them in the year we have been here. We don’t know who the owners are. We returned a call to the salesman, but have not heard back yet.

The job was finished in 1.5-2 days, so I was happy with the efficiency. Overall, I think the roof looks very good. I was a little disappointed by the damage done to the gutters and siding, though. There were also a number of old nails left on the flat roof portion of the house that weren't swept up. (That's ultimately not a big deal, though.) On the nail front, I also hope the ones used to install the new shingles hold up OK. They didn't look/feel all that sturdy.

We had a great overall experience with this team on our new roof and gutters. There were a couple of hiccups early in the process, but what really stood out was how the team responded. Feazal did a wonderful job. However your communication skills to me as a consumer of your product was terrible. You had my WRONG NUMBER so when you said you called you didn’t. When you roofed you came at 6:15 in the morning without warning because you had the WRONG NUMBER. I had to communicate with you. THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! The person who assisted me is not even listed.

The job went well and was especially impressed with the ability to change gears and completely re-sheath the roof when it was found to be necessary. More sheathing was obtained and delivered and the delay in completing the job was minimal Would have liked to have a complete statement of materials that would be used and exactly what was being done. All we had was the yellow copy of the sheet that the salesperson made notes on, which had numerous checkboxes and abbreviations. I would have liked to have an inventory of supplies... read more

We were very impressed with the looks of all 3 of our buildings with new roofs! The workers did excellent work! Such hard workers! And , you never would have known they were there at the end of the day. The clean up was amazing! We highly recommend Feazel Roofing!!
