Impressive. Very impressive. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Mike Stack was fantastic, and the crew assigned to re-roof my house and my outbuilding did so in a single long day. They were a well-oiled machine. My skylights were replaced, and the Velux replacements for my old Velux are a huge improvement. Average took 4 months and several phone calls to semi complete job. We were told to expect 100% satisfaction that didn’t happen. Your salesperson needs to be up front about the amount you charge an insurance co. It was extreme and the work was ok.

I had to reach out numerous times about issues. They started the job the week before Xmas and told me it’s fine to hang a plastic product in cold weather. After numerous calls about siding coming of the side of the house, I was told yeah we knew this because we couldn’t tuck it properly at the top because of the cold weather. Why would you start the project then. After I think my sixth call about siding coming off, after I was assured a quality inspection was done.
