The entire process went smoothly & professionally. Feazel worked with me & my ins company, provided detailed information, explanations & good communication. The roofing crew was amazing - worked efficiently, precisely - were polite & obviously experienced. Feazel did a great job!

Everything went great from start to finish. Bryce was very helpful as was everyone else involved. Communication was very good and we are happy with the end result.

I felt sorry for the installation crew when they had to wait about 3 1/2 hours for materials. Caused them to be here until about 7:00 PM. Had to get follow-up work done on the shed to correct a problem but it was properly taken care of. I was pleased with how the negotiations with our insurance was handled. We had virtually no involvement and Mike took good care of us. The finished product is satisfactory.
Horror story, absolute scam.
It has been one year since we initiated our roof / window project. Multiple errors. It is still not done.
