The Feazel experience that we has was exactly what everyone would hope for with any business you do business with. The personal were terrific. The office staff was great (and more understanding of working with Fifth/Third bank than I would have been.) Mainly the job was done perfectly, promptly and priced right. I would recommend Feazel for anyone with roofing concerns.
I selected Feazel after getting quotes from several roofers. They were not the lowest cost but they were most knowledgeable and professional. The installation was done within the timeframe they projected - one day - and they did a great job cleaning up. As 20-year customer of Feazel, I am pleased to acknowledge their work as well as their response to customer needs. When we had an issue after a number of years with part of our roof, the company surveyed the area and completely rebuilt that section to our great satisfaction. It is comforting to work with a company that provides a timely customer response and ethical sense in conducting business.
