Our house at 1606 Wingers Ct. Fuquay Varina, NC suffered recent hail storm damage. Feazel responded the very next day. We chose them to replace our house and shed roofs, gutters, downspouts, screens and shed doors. Excellent experience all around. They assessed the damages. Coordinated with our Insurance adjuster. My experience with Feazel roofing was great. Tim sales person was very knowledge about to make appointments when I was available . Tim found more damage to my roof and contacted my Insurance co . Tim took time to meet insurance adjuster to get everything taken care of . Tim was available for any calls or emails with questions and return calla with in hours . Scott Widmyer, my Feazel project manager and Shane Iles, my sales person were both very responsive to my questions and concerns. The crew who installed our new roof did a good job and were able to complete it in one day which very much surprised me. Because they didn't finish until it was very dark, the cleanup was less than perfect and I made Scott aware of that when we did our walk around a couple days after the completion of the roof. He explained what needed to be done to replace the roof, showed me all the materials and color choices from his portfolio that were available and was very patience in answering my questions.
