Feazel was wonderful! From Austin Waddle from Columbus, who assisted me with the initial process and was wonderful with helping me pick out a new roof, to Scott Widmeyer who was an excellent project manager, everyone made the process of getting a new roof so easy!!! Both Austin and Scott were exceptional in their customer service, as well as their responsiveness to my calls. The service is second to none. Lastly, my new roof looks amazing! I'd recommend Feazel to anyone!!!
Love my new roof! Scott Widmyer was a pleasure to work with and the crew worked steady and hard all day putting our roof on. Our salesman Jason Conrad was super, funny and easy to work with, explained things well. Scott was very attentive throughout the day and has checked back a few times. Overall we are very pleased and I would recommend them.
No complaints. Everything was performed as the salesman described and for the amount insurance paid. Scott Widmeyer was extremely courteous and available, responding to texts and voicemail within minutes but usually answered my calls. He was also quick to remedy all concerns I had in the job. The crew showed when they said and worked from around 7am to 8:30 pm. Some of the hardest working people I ever seen. A few minor issues were taken care of quickly. Great job!
Very professional from beginning to end of job. Alex came out gave us an estimate and the amount due was less. The workers cleaned entire yard up like they were never there. Scheduling was the only issue due to rainy weather and they still got us in. Our new roof looks fabulous and will call them for other work.
Our entire experience with Feasel has been top notch from beginning to end. Scott W's team did an excellent job with installation and clean up. I have two dogs so that was very important to me. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

Tree damage to the roof and gutters. Today the roof went on and I was told that the gutters will be about two weeks out. So far the experience has been excellent. The project manager Scott Widmyer has been very helpful and has explained everything. I was not able to be here for the install but made it back home to check out the finished project thus far.
