Scott Widmyer , the Feazel Project Manager, was exceptional in his handling of our roof installation. He explained everything that was happening, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. The crew that installed our roof was top notch and very efficient. They started early and finished the roof installation in one day. As a customer, I couldn't ask for more.
Worked with Scott Widmyer at Feazel and he did a GREAT job from working with my insurance adjuster, managing the project and following up after the job was completed. The roofing crew was on time and worked nonstop all day to get the job done. I would recommend Feazel and Scott for your next project.

Great! Did a wonderful job replacing our roof. Best people that I have ever worked with. Tim Baltica, Brian Manning (great personality for his job) the roofing crew, the guttering crew. The process was seamless, from the point of sale (Mark Cramer) and project manager (Scott Widmyer) and the crew on the roof was efficient and courteous! Feazel was wonderful! From Austin Waddle from Columbus, who assisted me with the initial process and was wonderful with helping me pick out a new roof, to Scott Widmeyer who was an excellent project manager, everyone made the process of getting a new roof so easy!!! Both Austin and Scott were exceptional in their customer service, as well as their responsiveness to my calls. The service is second to none. Lastly, my new roof looks amazing! I'd recommend Feazel to anyone!!!
Love my new roof! Scott Widmyer was a pleasure to work with and the crew worked steady and hard all day putting our roof on. Our salesman Jason Conrad was super, funny and easy to work with, explained things well. Scott was very attentive throughout the day and has checked back a few times. Overall we are very pleased and I would recommend them.
