We had a great experience with Feazel from the beginning of the process to the end. Tim Baltica (Field Supervisor) was vey professional and explained how the entire project would flow and never pressured us on making a decision. He answered all of our questions and was always available if we had any more questions. We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end for our roof replacement. Shane came out and described all the work that would be done. Scott the project manager kept us very informed during the installation and came out for a walkthrough after the installation was complete. The roofing crew did an excellent job and cleaned up after completion. Roof looks great.
Our house at 1606 Wingers Ct. Fuquay Varina, NC suffered recent hail storm damage. Feazel responded the very next day. We chose them to replace our house and shed roofs, gutters, downspouts, screens and shed doors. Excellent experience all around. They assessed the damages. Coordinated with our Insurance adjuster. Had a great experience with Feazel replacing our roof. Very professional from the beginning to the end with constant followup to make sure we were satisfied. Roof was completed in one day including a thorough cleanup. Strongly recommended.

My experience with Feazel roofing was great. Tim sales person was very knowledge about to make appointments when I was available . Tim found more damage to my roof and contacted my Insurance co . Tim took time to meet insurance adjuster to get everything taken care of . Tim was available for any calls or emails with questions and return calla with in hours . Scott widmyer our project manager for feazel did a fantastic job with getting our roof approved and with overseeing the install of our roof. And we were very pleased. The crew also did a fantastic job With the install and clean up. We would recommend feazel!
Feazel worked like a true team. Everyone from Stephen in sales to Scott and his crew who installed our new roof were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and made it a priority to make sure I was informed and happy through the entire process. The product itself and its warranty are top notch.
