Hard working sales person Matt. Good follow-ups in providing answers to all questions. Service and customer focused Project manager Shane. Very knowledgeable and great attention to details. Very professional and effective work crew. Worked very hard for a big job. Good communications from Emily & Scott from the office. Happy with the results.
From the inspection to the final installation/repair, everyone involved was professional and courteous. They all arrived when they stated they would. They all did what they stated they would do. I went with this large company with extensive history for ‘peace of mind’ and the Lifetime Warranty. So far so good.

The entire team start to finish was great. Josh as on-site manger dod a great job. Shawn my dames person was tight on with everything and Lelelo amd his teams are True craftsman that work very hard to make things perfect. We recently had our roof replaced and I can say Feazel stands behind their work and honors their word! Lonnie is just amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and someone that you can trust. Lonnie was very open, upfront and kept us informed on what was going on with our roof. Scott and Wes are true professionals, they listened to our concerns and made the situation right.
