From start to finish I cannot say enough about our experience with Feazel. The contract was explained carefully by Larry and as we sat outside ( socially distant) he answered all of our questions and helped us as we made a decision on the roofing we wanted. The crew did a great job. I was surprised at how well they worked together. Assisting each other when necessary. They were polite when I was outside and spoke to those who were able to speak English.
From the moment that I started searching for a roofer, Feazel was the only company to answer my request for an inspection. They came out the next day, did the inspection, and provided me with a reasonable quote. They temporarily fixed a leak that damaged a bathroom ceiling because they couldn't schedule us for a new roof for 3 weeks. They came out in 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier with the job that the Feazel crew did - very professional. We love it. I would recommend Feazel highly.
Work crew was exceptional along with cleanup. Replacement completed in one day. Very pleased. Would definitively recommend Feazel.
