The entire process was seem less and painless from my point of view. Feazel dealt with the insurance company directly to ensure a successful outcome. As invasive as the process is there was some minor cleanup that I needed to do to make sure nails and debris were collected and disposed of. Thanks

I actually just had my roof done by Feazel last Thursday, January 10th through Saturday morning, January 12th. I worked with T.J. Jacob who offered (free of charge) to video tape my roof as well as take pictures. He then worked with my insurance company (Cincinnati Insurance) who then brought in a third party estimator to also take a look at the roof as well as TJ's video. About two-three weeks later my insurance claim is approved, payment is made by my insurance company, and a few weeks later, my roof has been scheduled... read more

The personnel who worked on my roof were very professional and courteous, the area manager Mike I can honestly say he is The MAN. He explained every detail of the task that was going to be accomplished and believe me when I say if anyone ask me about who work on my home there is only one company they should consider and that company is FEAZEL.
