Upon completion of the job there were a few unfinished issues that took a long time to get finished. I found out later there was a miscommunication between departments. Once everyone was on the same page things got finished up very quickly, professionally and to my complete satisfaction.

Best experience ever! We have used Feazel before for repairs and now for a full replacement. Brandon is the best. Price was less than what we expected. Cannot beat lifetime warranty that is also transferable. Recommend to everyone!

The entire process was seem less and painless from my point of view. Feazel dealt with the insurance company directly to ensure a successful outcome. As invasive as the process is there was some minor cleanup that I needed to do to make sure nails and debris were collected and disposed of. Thanks

I actually just had my roof done by Feazel last Thursday, January 10th through Saturday morning, January 12th. I worked with T.J. Jacob who offered (free of charge) to video tape my roof as well as take pictures. He then worked with my insurance company (Cincinnati Insurance) who then brought in a third party estimator to also take a look at the roof as well as TJ's video. About two-three weeks later my insurance claim is approved, payment is made by my insurance company, and a few weeks later, my roof has been scheduled... read more
