Timely and courteous workers. Receptionist was very nice. The salesman was knowledgeable of the process and product.

We had a small repair job and I was worried that we might be told we needed more than we did or wouldn’t be able to find someone to do it. Feazel put those fears to rest as they came out in a timely manner and recommended just what we thought needed to be done and got it accomplished.
Tom did a great job. He fixed the shingles and even snaked the gutters and a few other extras. I'm so happy with the job. Thank you!

Crew worked hard and got it done in one day. They were courteous and cleaned up well. Roof looks good and well installed. Project manager communicated well on installation date and times.
I feel that my concerns weren’t communicated with the roofing crew. There were many small “attention to detail” items that were taken lightly. I had to be our own advocate on ensuring a proper roof replacement along with same day completion. Overall not a great experience.
