The guys were here early they did not cause any problems they went straight to work I felt like that they look after my house very well I don't say much but they are very good workers and I was happy

Disturbed by having workers on the roof at 9:15 pm. Dark. How could they see to work on the roof? Holes in the driveway. Told it was normal pitting. No. Normal pitting doesn't take a definitive shape.These "pits" had a square shape. Weren't there prior to work being done. Came from the equipment. Was disturbed by the amount of debris around the house. Much was cleaned up by the time they left (after dark); worker who came the next day did a good job. Met with Mark while I had just finished working with another contractor about some interior work and Mark was already working on my Roof Estimate. He was quick and friendly. He said, If we get the job we will complete it in one day and Feazel is three to four weeks out and we would get a call from Janet for scheduling who was friendly, too. The communication with Feazel, Scott in particular, during the whole roofing process was fantastic. Some supplemental work had to be done (due to insurance company, not Feazel, and the follow-up by Feazel was excellent.
