Everyone was VERY nice and happy. I will continue to go back for my cleanings every 6 months and also if anything else comes up
Dr Haddad was efficient and personal. He did an excellent job on two of my front teeth. It looks great. One suggestion: I did not know that I was going to be numbed until the needle stuck in me. It would have been helpful to know that was going to happen. I have a very sensitive veges nerve and some times that kind of pain kicks it in and I pass-out. It did not effect me that way so I was OK but I was aware of the possibility. I will take ownership of the problem since I did not tell Dr. Haddad that I had that problem.
Never have I felt so welcomed at a dentist's office before. Everyone seems to enjoy working there. They tend to your every need and keep you as painfree and comfortable as possible. Dr. Gerda is a wonderful dentist in every way! The only complaint I have is the cost may be a bit more than those in longer-established dental offices.
and for no reason at all. Dr. Bob was amazing. I had my first root canal on a front tooth and I was beyond scared. My whole experience was so positive and I can't say enough about how kind every single person I encountered was. THANKS guys see you in 2 weeks. :)
My wife and I were looking for a new dentist and decided to try Fixari in Canal Winchester and are very happy we did. Would recommend to anyone, staff and dentist are great, we are very happy to have found this place.
My last visit was met with great customer service. Whitney was great and very informative. Dr. Haddad was great, too. The follow up "post card / memo" was also a nice touch. The only negative I can report was doing the X-rays. These offer valuable information, but the "contraption" that is in your mouth was uncomfortable. (Not that you design these) Thanks for the wonderful service.
I love my dentist! She makes going to the dentist fun. You are blessed to have some one like her employed.
as always the team of doctors and all staff members made me feel well cared for and comfortable. this has been the 3rd dentist I have had since I started as a patient. I am glad to be so well cared for I also work in the health care business and I know sometimes it's hard to please people. Your staff make my visits bearable. Thank God for people like your staff.
