Incredibly Caring, Soothing Staff It had been a long time since I had gone to the dentist, and every employee I encountered was personable and appeared to genuinely care about me and my experience.
Extremely pleased with initial visit and with proposed dental planning as provided not only by the attending dentist but also as related to the entire Fixari family.
Professional and courteous They were all very kind and welcoming. Each and every one went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. Cleaning was thorough and dental exam was complete. Including explanations of everything that was done.
No Longer Fearful of Dentists Great appointment at Fixari Family Dental-Canal Winchester Office. I came in to get a filling replaced that had fallen out but ended up having to get a crown. Dr. Robby is truly a magnificent dentist as well as a wonderful human being! He was patient; he was kind; he was professional; he was efficient but most importantly, he was understanding of my deep fear of dentists and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire procedure. Great place to come especially if you are fearful of dentists!!
Very professional, Quality work They got me in after a consultation last week with them, and Dr Max did a great job as well as the rest of the staff that assists him. I had a filling and a crown done.
Not on time I have been with Fixari for a number of years and even switched my kids from their pediatric dentist to Fixari because of the great experience my husband and I have always experienced. Today, however, After arriving 25 minutes early for my appointment, I was taken back 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appt. time. I do love Sharon, though, and she always does a great job at making me comfortable and relaxed. Dr. G is always so sweet and wonderful as well! All-in-all, a wonderful experience, as always!
Profession & extremely friendly service Had a very long appt for deep cleaning & extraction and found the team to be extremely friendly, detailed & professional. I hate going to any dentist but they made the experience enjoyable & stress free.
