I just left my six month checkup. As usual, I was waiting less than 5 minutes, everything was clearly explained. Staff remember my preferences for something as basic as toothpaste flavor! Dr. Mays was thorough and personable in checking for any problems. I was finished well before my 40 minute meter ran out!
Usually I have lingering issues after a filling, but after the novacaine wore off, I felt great!
I had a tooth prepared for a crown and the experience was very pleasant. I had never had any dental treatment that extensive and it was not bad at all. The temporary crown that I am wearing until my permanent crown is made feels like my natural tooth. I rate my experience as Excellent!
In and out in a timely manner which is rare and important for a Dr. office these days. Friendly and Kind always
Fantastic! Been going there for many years. A majority of your visit is spent with the dental hygienest, and my appointments are with the same one every time, so you develope a friendship with eachother. Consistency and Familiarity are two very good attributes of this office. The ladies in reception are always polite and wonderful. Dr Mays is friendly, polite, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend this office for anyone seeking dental expertise.

After decades of no cavities, I needed not 1, but 2 fillings. I took my iPod nano with a relaxation/guided imagery recording on it, to help me relax and focus on something besides the drill. When I get Novacaine, I usually have that "fight or flight" feeling. Sure enough, that's what happened. The classical music on the sound system throughout the office became very jarring to me, and the hygienist without my asking changed the Sirius radio over to Christmas music. So thoughtful !!!
