On a Sunday I requested an appointment using Dr. Mays website for the first available time to look at a problem tooth. First thing Monday morning I received an email confirmation scheduling a consultation the next day. When I arrived there was no wait. Upon consultation, Dr. Mays promptly took care of my tooth problem with the whole procedure done in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Mays is a caring, personable highly capable professional.
I saw Dr. Mays yesterday as a follow-up to my periodontist appointment. I had a complete set of x-rays. Because I have a small mouth, Jill did not need to take as many x-rays, which was great. I needed to ask for the thyroid protection in addition to the regular apron. It would be even better if it was offered without asking, since many people may not know about it. Jane & Co. are the best. They always hold up their end of appointment times. They must have silencers on their drills because I never hear them. And I can't recall ever seeing pliers or electric mini-saws lying around. I just go in, get my teeth cleaned and leave without having to endure sales pitches for superfluous services or products.
I just had the Zoom whitening done on my teeth and once again experienced the highly personal and highly professional care that Dr. Mays and all her staff give. I am thrilled with the results!
As always, everyone there makes you feel relaxed. Serena is the best! She makes you feel so at ease. Dr. Mays is also the wonderful as she is thorough and makes a personal connection.I never feel rushed or that I am not important. The atmosphere in the office is comfortable and you can tell that everyone gets along.
