Great service and experience, as usual!
The staff at this office are professional, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Mays is gentle, highly proficient and always listens to her patients' concerns. She also is willing to take extra time with you as needed. Both my husband and I have had excellent dental care with this group. The dental hygienists and assistants are very knowledgeable, kind and professional. The front desk receptionists are very courteous and will go out of their way to fit you into the schedule. Overall, a 5 star experience.
This is a procedure that I hate! However, Jill and Dr. Mays made it as pleasant as could be. I have such trouble trying to relax to get through this long procedure. The nitrous helps, but doesn't seem to help me as much as other people have said. Jill upped the dose and that worked better, but I think I could even use more, as I still clench my fists. Dr. Mays and Jill are both compassionate and get one through the procedure as best as they can. Thanks.
I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years, so I was really dreading the appointment. But the entire staff at Mays's office was welcoming, understanding and very helpful. The experience was completely pleasant, which was a complete surprise for me! Definitely recommend.

I had a tooth pulled, and 3 cavities filled during a single visit. The experience was painless with great results. They provide wonderful patient care.
As always, I had a very good experience. I was seen immediately; everyone was friendly and professional; each procedure was explained in clear terms--questions were actually welcomed; and my discomfort was very minimal.
Very rewarding experience: since we all like to recieve good news, mine was that. But more importantly, I was impressed with comptetency: on the part of Andrea and the way she litterally attacks plaque and cares for the gums; the sensitivity with the x-ray process and the taking the extra shot when the first did not come out well. And finally to Dr. Mays who exudes the professional quality of doing a good job. I am a little worried about her knees though: 26 miles is a lot of pounding.
