I have been a patient for several years. I continue to be very pleased with the level of service. The office is run very efficiently and professionally. I also appreciate that Dr. Mays has the latest equipment.
I have had many dental procedures done over the years. I appreciate the efficiency and time management skills of this practice immensely. When I needed several crowns done they scheduled all of them in one visit. My previous dental practice was making me take 2 hour segments and scheduling me around their practice. Dr. Mays and her staff are very kind, caring people. From the warm reception to the final check by Dr. Mays, you feel comfortable and all your needs are taken care of.
I had a crown come off at work in the morning. The staff got me in that within 4 hours, the crown was replaced and I was on my way!
Even though I had to have a crown removed and was in the office 2 hours, I had a great experience. Everyone in the office is wonderful and accomidating if they can.
