My dental visit on 12/21/15 was an excellent. I was able to get information from both regarding my dental care and other treatments that would be available to me as well. The office personnel are very friendly and helpful with payment info. as well.
I've been a patient for over seven years and always appreciated the care and concern the staff all have. When my daughter was due for her first dental visit, I didn't have to think twice about where to take her. On her last visit, she had some understandable anxiety but Angie took great care to make her feel at ease. Dr. Mays added her own special magic and my daughter was smiling and laughing by the end of the visit. It is great to have such competent, friendly and warm dental professionals in Cincinnati!
Had an appointment for a cleaning, Serena was very helpful, informative self as always. This time she outdid herself; noting a previous problem and her concern over the healing time. She addressed the concern with several possible solutions; this is very reassuring that 'someone has your back'. Thank you!
