Always friendly and very professional.
Elizabeth was a wonderful hygienist. She was very thorough and made what is typically an unpleasant experience much more comfortable. I highly recommend.
It was nice to be listing to music with the headphones and relaxing in the chair. Pain-free and anxiety-free. I was told what was happening all along.
I had the most detail cleaning with all the latest technology available. X- rays were done fast along with a compete set of photographs also done fast. Amie then started her cleaning and polishing. Dr. Mays came in and did a complete inspection of my entire mouth and gums. No pain, no hassle, I listened to classical music on their headphones that they provided for me. Highly recommend Dr. Jane Mays and Amie.
Had my semi annual teeth cleaning with Dr. Mays and once more experienced that my teeth got so much more than just a cleaning. X-Rays were taken and reviewed and a complete discussion of the issues and next steps that should be taken on my teeth was had with my tech, Elizabeth and Dr. Mays. I came away feeling that I was receiving great care and was confident that my teeth would be around for many more years.
I had a tooth fracture yesterday and called this morning with a request to have it examined. Your office was able to "work-me-in" this morning. Tammy O'Neil took Xrays and prepped me for Dr. May's examination. The situation was a bit complicated, however, two options were developed and covered in detail. I was given a copy of both for consideration. Thank you for excellent service.
