Our experience has been very positive. Cole Burgess was our main contact initally. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Joe Gagnon was our project manager. Again very professional and knowledgeable. Joe was there if we had any questions or concerns during the actual roofing. We are very pleased with the work that was done replacing our roof. The crew was so efficient. They can at 7 am and left at 7 pm. They cleaned up everything and even swept our deck. Joe Gagnon called and text us during and after the job. We would certainly recommend Kern Brothers! We thank you for a job well done.

The whole crew, led by Abe, was impressive. They got right to work as promised, tore off the old roof, put on everything new, and cleaned up the entire site. One would never know they had been there except for the nice new roof, vents and very neat work they did on the flashing. Jason, the senior project manager, stopped by and also came back a day after and even put some IceGuard on my K9's doghouse because he had noticed the roof was damaged. Just way above & beyond good customer care!

This by far has been the best experience ever with a contractor. First of all my salesman Gary B. was great, he was very responsive and did a great job getting the insurance approval. The crew that came to do my roof was lead by Angel, and what a great crew and leader! They did a fantastic job, they made sure all my shrubs and plants were covered, they picked up and left things spotless. Talk about some hard workers, they had my roof done in a matter of hours.
