Everyone was timely and committed to getting the job done. No dumpster left behind, thorough cleanup from the roof job but the crew working on the gutters should have completed a thorough clean up also. This was a first-rate experience from start to finish. Beginning with Matt Hunter, who patiently walked us through the process and got all our ducks in a row. Jason the Sr. Project Manager faithfully watched over the entire project and extra copper work that needed to be done. Ron and Eddie kept the team moving along, despite the more challenging conditions they found as they begin removing the old roof. Very please with workmanship, crew, clean-up and product. The team worked great together and the lead Abe, was great at making sure the work was done right and on time. Jason the manager had things under control and answered all my questions. No lie, there were some hiccups before the work started and during, but my sales rep Rudy, the office manager Mike and Jason handled all the issues in a professional manner. Happy with the product, the excellent cleanup, and the responsive salesman and job supervisor. Unhappy with the amount of debris that was tossed over onto my shrubs. Unhappy with the uneven, raised edge above the gutters. I understand it’s from the venting system, but don’t like how it looks.

Terrible customer service. Ignored me for over 2 months. Did not return text or phone calls. Told coming days and times, did not. If the job was too small should have said so and returned my money.

Great job with the roof but disappointing with the permit and the rescheduling due to no permit and then the invoice prior to the permit being closed out with the township

Follow up poor. People don’t call back when they say they will. Ended up scheduling my own inspection because I don’t think they were ever going to. They were supposed to vent bathroom fan through roof and didn’t. Took several calls to get that scheduled.
