The entire staff is like family to us. We have been going to Dr Rice ever since we moved back to Michigan in 1992. I had to call and ask about a sore tooth for my young daughter. We were able to get an appointment the same day. She was a bit anxious as this has never happened for her before. Dr. Rice and her staff took excellent care of her, took the time to explain what was going on and my daughter exclaimed that, "it feels so much better already"! The experience was great. I was taken back and immediately Dr. Rice came over and began talking. She sews and we began to talk about quilting and the machines and her experience sewing. It wasn't long and she took care of my fillings and I was out of there earlier than I anticipated. I've never had a bad experience at your office.
