Everyone is cordial and unfailingly polite and competent. They are respectful (as in calling me by my professional name and not just a casual greeting and in then Kim Rice being very skilled and respectful. The only complaint that I have is very small and has happened at every dentist I have ever had (and that is a lot as I have extensive dental work).The assistant was not always careful not to pinch my lip/s when she was putting instruments into my mouth.
