I was a bit nervous going in for crown preparation and everyone went out of their way to help me feel relaxed and comfortable. I recently had emergency dental surgery with infection. I was unsure about my post op options. I called Dr Rice and was greeted with a happy environment putting me at ease. We talked and she listened to my concerns, I was given many options to proceed. I have been going to Dr Rice for 15-20 years. I no longer sees going to the dentist. She knows what she is doing, she is fair, she is kind, and she’s teaches me how to take care of my teeth so cleanings are easy. I don't mind getting my teeth cleaned, but fillings alway mess with my head. It's not the drill. It's getting that shot. Once that is done, I'm okay. Had a filling replaced today an it wasn't a problem. I'm a new patient, recommended by another patient of Dr. Rice, and the first experience was excellent. The office feels new/modern, the staff were incredibly friendly. The dental hygienist explained what she was going to do before she did it. The conversation was genuine and comfortable. And Dr. Rice was very friendly and open. She makes you feel as if you've been friends for years.
