On my last visit my regular hygienist was away on vacation. She always does a wonderful job!! However, my substitute/traveling hygienist was very pleasant and did a very nice job as well!! Great experience! Loved the numbing gel to take the sting out of the novocaine shot. Dr Rice and her assistant were friendly and personable, answering my questions. Dr. Rice has been my dentist for many, many years. She has always provided me with excellent care, and both she and her staff are professional, kind and caring. I have been diabetic for over 30 years, insulin-dependen for 20 years, but my teeth and gums are healthy and look the best ever thanks to the high quality care and diligence of Dr. Rice and team. My 5 year old son, had a great time talking with the staff before hand talking through all the tools they would use on his teeth. It made everything go smoothly as he knew what to expect. It was nice that they tried their best to make a potentially stressful experience more peaceful. Our experiences since we started going to Dr. Rice’s office 6 yrs ago have been excellent. In edition to getting amazing dental care and thorough cleanings she and her staff provide kind respectful service. We always feel welcomed and happy to be seen. It also is a great dentist for kids because of their patience and kindness to their clients.
