Kimberly and her staff were professional and a lot of fun. My family had 3 appointments in a row and the process was seamless. We also felt great about all the safety precautions put into place. All staff were friendly and helpful. Beth, knowing how apprehensive I am about pain was very kInd and patient with me. Dr. Rice was also very understanding with me. She explained what she had done and what might be ahead. I definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. The only thing I can suggest is, if I was tol before what she was going to do and how we were progressing a long. And maybe I was told. From scheduling to completing the visit, I cannot say enough positive things about this office. Outstanding across the board. Helpful and organized front desk staff. Friendly and knowledgeable dental technicians. Dr Rice is amazing with both kids and adults. We drive past many dental offices on the way to this one..... Dr. Rice and her office staff always go above and beyond in doing the absolute best care! The dental assistants are always friendly and professional. They take care of my teeth like I am their family member. They give me pointers on ways to brush better and explain dental hygiene importance. Dr. Rice always does a thorough oral cancer exam and inspection after her dental assistant is finished. Dr. Rice and her lovely hygienists are always on top of things. They care, they do great work, they're very friendly, hygienic and pandemic-safe. I recently moved and was referred to Dr. Rice by my previous dentist. I scheduled a new patient appointment for mid-September (I had my teeth cleaned right before I moved) but developed an issue and needed to be seen sooner. I was seen promptly and really appreciated the friendly staff and the comprehensive COVID-19 precautions.
