I've always been very very happy with the service and work Dr. Rice's team provides. I came in with teeth in pretty bad shape and needed a ton of work. They were very proactive in getting things done but also completely willing to work with my schedule (both logistically and financially) so that I was able to get all my issues addressed. Going to the dentist is never an issue with Dr. Rice and her team. Everyone takes pride in what they do and the team creates an excellent atmosphere. My kids (13, 13, 9, and 7) never have any fears or nervousness when it is time for their appointments. They took me back for my appointment on time, the hygenist was pleasant, friendly and gentle cleaning my teeth. While waiting for Dr. Rice, the hygenist scheduled my next appointment. I don't know why more practices don't do this. Dr. Rice came to check my teeth promptly, and I was out the door. I came to Dr. Rice after a poor experience elsewhere and so glad I chose her and her staff for my dental needs. I have let my dental care go for a few years and decided I need to get a plan to get back on track and get my "teeth" healthy again. We are setting up a plan to minimize my out of pocket expenditures and take advantage of the dental insurance I have.
