First, I feel blessed that Dr. Rice agreed to take me on as a new patient. From the first phone call to set up an appointment to the end of my visit today I experienced kind, thoughtful and compassionate professionals. I was apprehensive going to my appointment as I do have of a life long fear of going to the dentist. I had a hygienist who was filling in for someone, not my regular hygienist. I like having a consistent hygienist, Mickey,who knows my dental needs and I have become accustomed to her thorough exams. Dr, Rice is always friendly and thorough as well. I rarely have to wait and I am usually in and out in an hour for my regular check-ups. I have been seeing Dr. Rice for several years. She is quick, no nonsense. She generally runs on time. Does not recommend treatment that is not needed. The last time I saw her, I was worked into the schedule for an emergency. They were also able to do my cleaning at the same time. Her dental hygienist Shannon is wonderful. I really loved my hygeneist, she was both efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend her (Shannon).
