Just had a filling replaced. Dr. Rice's office is clean and modern. She is very knowledgeable and personable. This was the best replacement filling I have had to date. I have TMJ and have tried to get surgeons and other TMJ specialists to make a fitted bite appliance. Dr Rice noticed my worn out old one, she made several phone calls on my behalf until she found someone to try to help me. Two days later I was back in to have a impression made! I don't handle pain well at all. The staff was very compassionate and proceded slowly telling me what was happening. I had "laughing" gas for the first time and Beth and Bethany both would tell me to "breath through your nose and would breath with me. Dr. Rice toldl me what she was going to do and then gaave me breaks throughout the procedure. I have been seeing Dr. Rice since she took over the practice. She has always been easy to communicate with and leaves me feeling that she cares. Micky has been seeing me almost as long....and I enjoy chatting with her. I absolutely love going to this dental office! Everything runs so smooth and fast. Check in is immediate. I am always seen before my actual appt. Time. I always get a review of what is seen (if changes noted), I am given options for services. And on this day, I left excited as Dr Rice is taking the time to look into a possibility for a mouth guard that I desperately need. I actually like going to her office. And normally I don't care to go to the dentist. Everyone there is very caring and sensitive to the needs of the patient. I recommend them to everyone. Today Beth performed a cleaning and scaling. She ensured my comfort throughout. Beth is GREAT!! Dr Rice is honest and very giving.
