Always friendly staff. And they are always prompt and on time for my scheduled appointment. There have been a couple of times I've had to have an emergency fix and was able to get in rather quickly. Dr. Rice and staff are always professional and friendly, however I just had a procedure done on 3/13/17 which went very well but the out of pocket cost was never explained to me before the procedure. At the end of the visit I was told my insurance only paid 40% of the cost of the procedure and my out of pocket cost would be $800. As impressive as Dr. Rice is, her staff deserves just as high grades. All are friendly and excellent at their professions. That includes the clerical staff as well.
