I don't think my family and I have ever had a bad experience! We love going to see Dr. Rice and everyone in the office. Most importantly, everyone is patient and understanding and are greattach with my young kids. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Rice for many years, and we could not imagine having to go to someone else. All the staff are very friendly, and every hygienist we have seen has been excellent - very nice, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. Equipment is state-of-the-art, and the office is always clean and organized. Dr. Rice is the best. I went in for a cleaning with Micky,she's wonderful. Thorough and fast! Then Dr Rice came in very chipper, did her checks and made sure that I make an appointment for some other work soon. I've never had a bad experience! Oh also, when the office lost power due to a freak wind storm, Dr Rice personally called to let me know that the would not be open for my daughters appointment.
