I started expereincing tooth pain, called Dr. Rice's office in the morning, and was seen that day. She spent a lot of time with me investigating the problem and discussing the possibilities. Dr. Rice's office was quick but efficient. I had an appointment for 2:20 and was in by 2:22 and out by 3:20, including two sets of x-rays, a cleaning and examination of my problem by both the dental assistant and the doctor. She then made me a bag to take and referred me to a doctor with a backup referral. I absolutely love this dentist. In this office, everyone is a professional yet very friendly and engaging. I always hated going to the dentist but I find this experience as pleasant as going to the dentist ever could get. I really like everyone and they seem to really enjoy their customers. Also, most dentists are always looking for something that needs to be updated, changed or enhanced. I'm 76 years old and not interested in anything but preserving the teeth I gratefully have and nothing more, so I also appreciate that. Th... read more
