The staff was friendly and professional. Kim was ready right as the hygienist was finishing up, which meant less wasted time. The only reason I knocked it down a couple stars is because Beth really gave my gums a working over during the cleaning. I was squirming in pain, and i have a high pain tolerance. She was definitely extremely thorough in the cleaning, which i appreciated. I think you have an excellent practice. I always feel that I am in good hands and that you do excellent work. Beth is excellent. My only complaint is that I feel your rates are a bit high.
