Dr. Rice and her team are always pleasant and cheerful. We feel like family. Excellent, fast response to a recent dental emergency of a minor nature. As I commented before that they often trapped my lip or skin between the tool and my teeth and that was painful as my only criticism, I will note that this week's appt. that only happened twice and was quickly corrected when I reacted.
