From my first inquiry call to going home after root canal therapy i felt respected and reassured. Maura was very helpful on the phone and at the reception desk with her co-worker. Monica, Dr Atassi’s assistant was informative and comforting. Dr Atassi was professional yet also put my fears at ease. They all explained their parts so i understood what would happen. I saw Dr. Atessi for pretreatment of a root canal. I was referred to this doctor by my regular dentist. After X-rays were reviewed, this doctor stated I did not need a retreatment. He felt the issue was more of a gum problem and referred me back to my regular dentist. While I am not happy that my problem is not resolved, and I am still in a degree of pain, I appreciate the fact that he did not perform a service that was not needed. My 5 star review is for his honesty.
