From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcome and comfortable. Maura and the other receptionist (sorry I don't remember her name) were extremely professional and kind. They took my insurance information, asked me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. Sabrina came to get me. We put my belongings in the office and proceeded to do the CT Scan. Everyone in the office is so kind. Also, I really appreciate how the doctor explains what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and what to expect next. he was also very kind and understanding of the natural anxiety that comes with any procedure and was helpful in reminding me to breathe in order to get through it.
