Everyone is welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. I tried to pay $15.46 that I knew I owed as I was leaving. The girl at the desk said I did not iwe anything. I told her that I know I do She would not take the money. When I arrived home, in the mail I received the bill for the $15.46!!!!!! Someone needs to listen to the patient. I would not offer to pay if I knew I did not owe the money.
This is the third year that I have had an appointment with this office. I had a different provider this last visit due to needing to reschedule related to my work schedule. The provider was only in the room for a very short time, seemed to only glance at my skin. When I asked for something to be removed, the provider said he was against removing it. I live in Florida 6-7 months out of the year and am on a boat most of my time when in Ohio. I felt like I needed a little more time going over my skin and to have my concerns add... read more
