I have a major gum recession due to my own negligence. Although I am making some progress, my gums are very tender and some of the roots are exposed. It takes a special effort to clean my teeth without hurting me. Today's experience was very professional and very pleasant. This dental office is amazing and so different from other dental practices I've gone to over the years. The front office staff is welcoming and very friendly. They clearly enjoy working there. My hygienist was also very friendly and explained everything she was doing as she examined my mouth and then cleaned my teeth. She also gave me advice on a better way to brush a section of my teeth. I had been having tooth pain for a few days. Since I was traveling in a few days, I realized that I should probably have it looked at. I called to see if I could get an appointment in the next day or so. The very helpful receptionist went out of her way to make sure I could be seen immediately that same afternoon! Fortunately, my pain was nothing serious, but Dr. Morrow was very thorough in her exam, making sure she didn’t miss anything.
