Had an appointment for a 90 year old friend regarding her dentures to include some infection issues. Our friend was anxious and did not want to remove her dentures . After more than 20 minutes it became apparent that the appointment would need to end without Dr Morrow having the opportunity to examine her gum tissue unless the dentures were removed. For the first time I felt that I was rushed through my appointment. Although the appointment was made 6 months ago, it seemed like I was squeezed in. Dr. Morrow was very nice, but not as thorough as Dr. DiSilva. My mouth guard was cleaned but not checked for fit. The depth of gum recession wasn't checked either. Although Julie didn't seem to take as long cleaning and scraping my teeth, I still experienced sensitivity to cold (and in general) for 3-4 days after the appointment. This was an emergency appointment as I am visiting in the area. I was able to get an appointment right away. The problem is complicated - but I was thoroughly evaluated and examined and a path forward was recommended. I return later this week for further treatment by the endodontist.. Like others I have been treated by many dentists over the years and found this practice very professional, clean, competent and kind. Starting with the friendly greeting when one walks in to the well wishes as one leaves the practice, the client experience was excellent. Hiwot and her colleagues worked hard to ensure her learning experiences improved both her knowledge and my experience with the practice. I'm very glad to have copies of the paperwork I signed while at the office as they helped me to fully grasp the diagnosis and treatment plan. Love them...very supportive, friendly, professional. I think most people who have to drive an hour to see their dentist would find someone closer...not me.
